RETURNS

In order to process your refund please visit the returns centre below and follow the instructions.

Sale items are non-refundable

Items must be returned and received by us within 14 days of you receiving your items.

Returned items should be sent in their original condition with the packaging and tags intact. If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns are free, Please follow the process in our Returns Centre.

We will not be held responsible for lost packages.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 – 7 working days after approval.
